Dr Santoreneos is Head of Neurosurgery, Division of Surgical Specialties at the Royal Adelaide Hospital; and Head of Neurosurgery, Division of Paediatric Specialties at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Adelaide.
Dr Santoreneos completed Neurosurgery training in South Australia and New South Wales and received his FRACS qualifications in the year 2000.
He has received postgraduate fellowships in:
2000 – 2001: Skull base surgery
2000 – 2002: Toronto Western Hospital and Paediatric Neurosurgery
2001 – 2001: Hospital for Sick Kids, University of Toronto, Canada.
Dr Santoreneos has clinical and academic interest in open and endoscopic skull base and pituitary surgery, neuro-oncology and craniofacial surgery.
